Private executive positioning for organisations where governance, risk, and strategic advantage are decided at board level.
Stewart, Bruce & Gill Executive House operates as a discreet executive positioning house. We engage Chairs, Directors, owners, and senior executives directly, where exposure exists beyond the reach of conventional recruitment or advisory structures.
We do not fill vacancies. We identify exposure, introduce evidence, and allow decisions to be taken with clarity rather than urgency.
How the House Operates
The House operates upstream of recruitment and downstream of hype. Engagements are selective, private, and conducted directly with decision‑makers.
We act exclusively for the executive we represent. Organisations are counterparties, not clients. This preserves independence and ensures introductions are made without commercial distortion.
Initial contact is made through sealed correspondence. Where appropriate, discussions may progress to a commissioned assessment designed to replace speculation with evidence.
White Paper & Proof of Concept
The Proof of Concept is a commissioned, time‑bound engagement intended to establish clarity before commitment. It replaces speculative hiring with structured analysis.
Engagements typically run for six to eight weeks and result in a board‑grade paper addressing exposure, opportunity, governance, and expected outcomes.
Progression to appointment, whether at director level or fractional, is considered only following completion.
Standards of the House
Representation is limited. Capacity is deliberately constrained. Reputation outranks revenue.
All executives introduced by the House are subject to rigorous due diligence, including verified academic grounding, sustained practical application, and a minimum of ten years operating at C level.
Artificial intelligence is used extensively as an analytical tool, but always under strict human oversight. Judgement and accountability are never delegated to systems.
Contact
Correspondence is handled discreetly. We do not accept unsolicited curriculum vitae or general approaches. Where a discussion is appropriate, it is arranged privately and conducted at director level.
Should the timing or relevance not be appropriate, no response is required.
